Today, when we need to provide more and better facilities for our employees, we have to look at making the best use of our property facilities.

A balcony can provide a relaxation area, an area close to the work station where our employees can easily access when needing to smoke or just to take a few minutes break. A balcony can even be a social area where all members of staff and even the Big Boss can meet, chat, eat and drink.

Traditionally a balcony has been a restricted area where the extent of waterproofing has been a torch-on membrane or something similar that is easily punctured, or an Asphalt topping that softens in direct sunlight, slumps then leaks, or a tiled surface that eventually leaks through the grouted joints.
