Workshop

The skilled service technicians in our workshop are fully equipment to provide a full back-up service for all our electrical, gas and refrigeration equipment. 

Warrantee 

All products sold and manufactured by “Western Cape Catering and Refrigeration Equipment cc” and “CaterMarket” carry a 12-month warrantee from date of sale. 

The warrantee on electrical equipment includes all parts such as switches, transformers, armatures, etc. as well as the labour and transport cost. 

How ever, the warrantee does not extend to wearing parts such as blades, bushes, belts, etc.

All service calls must be logged through Dawie Breet Snr. at the Bellville Service Centre, phone 021 949 7325 for more information. 

In order for a speedy response please have the following information ready when logging a service call: 

- Name of Business 
- Address Details 
- Contact Number 
- Contact Name 
- Model Number 
- Serial Number 
- Job Order Number 
- Original Invoice Number 
- Problem Description 

Please note that all service call will be handled strictly COD unless otherwise arranged with management.
