Quality Policy
It is the established policy of our company to provide Customers with a professional service, at the right price, which fits their individual needs and requirements, and which is in conformance with our quality training specification and in compliance with the security Officers Act 92/1987 and the NEW SECURITY LEGISLATION FROM 1 September 2012 (Reg 31a and Reg 34).
The old grades fall away and replaced by levels. Our company have our own accredited training centre that will supply the training before any guard are placed.
This means we must do everything right the first time, knowing that this will maximize our growth, profitability and service. Quality is a major key in achieving this. We recognize the vital importance of our valued customers.
It necessitates us to be flexible in the accommodation, Requirements and to respond promptly and consistently to them.
This division is effectively structured and supported by Operational manager and Site manager with supervisory conducting quality assurance checks. The structure is also supported by a security operation control room. Each control room are fitted with the latest technology that is available and fitted according to the specification and requirements that is relevant to provide a quality assured service.
This includes satellite trading and surveillance’s.
This division has the full and integrated support of all other relevant products and services offered by the Group and endeavour to specifically utilise the intelligence, investigative, canine technology and risk assessment services in support of the manned guarding services.
