Jill (Executive Chef) is the initiator of all the food and catering ideas and implements them with a team of skilled and committed individuals.

Her training in the Hospitality field has empowered her to keep abreast of tastes and influences that are prevalent in the industry, and allows her to be innovative and exploratory.
