Vibe focuses mainly on corporate events i.e. launches, award ceremonies, seminars, conferences and gala dinners etc. We remain abreast of local and international trends and believe that nothing happens by chance. Everything needs to be planned to perfection, where little or no margin for error is allowed i.e. we will always have a plan B, C and D! |
Our Experience
Big Bay Development Launch Gala Dinner
We were assigned to event manage and cater for a Gala Dinner on the Blouberg Beachfront. The project was a turnkey solution, whereby ALL aspects of the event were entrusted to our management. A few of the factors we had to take into consideration included Concept Design, Food Choices and Menu Options, Décor and Setting, Entertainment and Physical Infrastructure Setup.
Allied to this we considered and enlisted the services of Disaster Management, Media and Communications and VIP Guest Services.
This event has a high profile and was to host key political and business personalities, and thus demanded management of the highest calibre. We had to engage with all the relevant stakeholders, structure the event programme, liaise with all participants, including the entertainers, and ensure that the event was run with no, or minimum, deviations.
We managed to provide a hassle-free event, from the concept design and erection of the marquee to the closing party and the breakdown of all physical infrastructure.
MAFIA Themed Party
We hosted and managed a Birthday party themed on the Mafia. This entailed providing a setting and style that depicted that era and genre, as well as providing the foods and drinks that complemented the theme.
We provided the music, décor and ambience of the era, encouraged people to dress accordingly, and arranged for the Host to make a grand entrance, Mafiastyle, and this went down very well. We have subsequently been asked to provide various themed events.
