Expert Medical Advice

If you are a healthy male who finds himself under performing in various areas of your life, the reason could be a low Testosterone level. So if you feel you lack energy, have a low sex drive, have increased body weight, have trouble sleeping, low strength, low endurance and lack of focus – it may be time to get your testosterone levels checked.

Each patient is different and treated as such. Individual programmes are worked out according to what is presented after a medical examination and blood tests.

Several treatment modalities are now available for testosterone replacement therapy.

All consultations are handled with discretion.

How long before the therapy kicks in?

As each patient presents with unique symptoms and concerns, the treatment programme is tailor-made to the individual’s needs and most patients experience a marked improvement from as early as 1 week after the commencement of treatment.

At 49, Martin Yalden was supposed to be in the prime of his life. His general health was good, he was within a healthy weight range, and his family life was better than ever. Why, then, was he lacking energy, and why was his mood constantly changing? “I felt tired, anxious, and had no energy,” recalls Yalden, who recently turned 60. “I had no libido, I was having night sweats, and my mood swings were uncontrollable – I had just lost all sense of balance.”

When his doctor couldn’t come up with a diagnosis, Yalden started doing his own research on the internet. Eventually, he came across the Testosterone Deficiency Centre, based in the UK, and sought advice from the centre’s online doctor. He was advised to consult an endocrinologist immediately and ask for a blood test to check his testosterone levels.

Yalden’s testosterone levels were much lower than average. But after exploring the different forms of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), he saw dramatic changes almost instantly: he had a new surge of energy, he felt happier, and had a greater thirst for life. Over ten years later, Yalden, a car mechanic, has never regretted his decision to seek help.

July 31, 2014, My total testosterone for a 26 year old was 194. you read that correctly. I had suffered from anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember. I had severe anger issues and I’d been on as many anti-depressants you can name. Therapy sessions had helped a lot, but after graduating college they were no longer free. I felt like I was a lost cause. I felt like I had lost out on life, and that I was on a path of self destruction. I had a soft, pudgy body with puffy nipples. I never went swimming with friends, and told myself of a daily basis I was going to die alone. What made things worse is that I was always killing myself in the gym, trying not to binge (which was hard), and avoiding alcohol like the plague, but NOTHING was going in my direction. I would get fatter and weaker.

My hair was falling out, and my sleep was suffering. I think my biggest downfall was that I had zero self esteem or confidence, and thought that no one cared about me and that I was going nowhere in life. Today, none of those thoughts exist. I am so f…g happy, I have to thank the TRT alot, not for killing my depression, but allowing me to change my negative thoughts into positive thoughts. I’m not constantly fatigued, I no longer put on belly fat like it’s my job. Low T isn’t something any man should EVER have to live with. ” From www.reddit.com
