Wheel Modifications

Wheel Service Centre integrates two methods of wheel modifications, namely PCD changing and stud-hole repairs. We are at the forefront of providing technologically advanced wheel solutions to clients.

PCD changing: This is a process of changing a set of rims that are non-standard to the original rim set of the vehicle.

Stud-hole repairs: Damaged stud-holes are repaired by inserting steel which ultimately returns the stud-holes to the original size. It can follow the process of rim widening or narrowing down. An interesting fact is that this stud-hole repair can be incorporated on both aluminium rims as well as steel rims.

Additional wheel modifications applicable to a variety of vehicle structures includes widening and narrowing, stud pattern changes( also known as “Re-drilling”), Machine the Centre-bore, Machine the Back Pad, Custom Made Hub Rings and 3 piece wheel separation and reseal as well as 3 piece wheel sections bolt hole drilling.
